1) Why purchase Kochabi Online?

All our products are shipped directly from factory. To keep ice cream properly frozen, we deliver with a high density polyfoam and dry ice that can last up to 24 hours, hence you do not worry about parking and traffic to taste your Kochabi ice cream!


2) How to place an order?

3) What is the minimum order?

There is no Shipping Charges (FREE) if you spend RM200 or greater. Otherwise, flat rate RM 25.00 (With Dry Ice) will be charge perorder. Meaning to say, there is no minimum order.

4) Can I decide my Shipping Date & Time?

The shipping date (Tuesday – Friday before 12pm) is fixed in the calendar, and there is no delivery on Public Holidays. If there is any urgent issue whereby the customers want to ship immediately, you can always contact Customer service : +6017 4971911 or Email us : [email protected]

5) What is the Delivery Options?

  1. Door to Door Delivery
  2. Normal Courier Service - Pick up at TaQBin / Skynet Office

6) Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

After your online order is complete,you will receive the following notifications by E-mail and SMS to keep youupdate on the order status.

  1. Order Acknowledgment (Upon Order complete)
  2. Tax Invoice (After Payment is made)
  3. Shipment Notification (1 Day before shipping, by E-mail and/or SMS with the Tracking Number or Tracking Link) 

7) Can I preorder one week / month in advance?

8) How long is the shelf life of ice cream?

Ice cream must store properly under temperature -18C or below, and best before date is within 6 months.

9) Is Kochabi a Vegan product?

Yes! Product is suitable for vegetarian.
